• I have to say, the service was excellent. They worked fast and they were polite and careful with our things. I have no issue with the workers and I would hire them again. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the confirmation time received the day before was 8am but the workers showed up at 10am. A few minutes after 8 they confirmed 9 and said that the 8am confirmation was a typo. Then they were stuck in traffic and said they’d be there at 930. They ended up getting there around f 957. Since the day was arranged around a start time of 8 with other help and appliance deliveries, we had to start loading without them. We made it to the new place with 10 minutes to spare before the appliances were delivered. The workers finished unloading within the time frame I paid for, but we had to do a chunk of the loading ourselves and we paid for 8-12 and only used them from 10-12. There was no offer of a refund for the lateness. I didn’t file a dispute because they completed the service.

• Jay and the Pack N Move team did an excellent job. They showed up 10 minutes early, were clear in their communication, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The truck was packed carefully and efficiently, and they were flexible when we made a few last-minute requests. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the move much less stressful. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10 experience.
