Initial communication was positive and clear, but on the day of the move, the team was an hour late and they could not be reached during that time. Before the move, I shared that I had antiques and care was needed. I provided moving blankets and wrap, but they were not used. Items were severely damaged during the move that will cost hundreds to repair, including an antique table that I was told would not have any heavy items put on top of it. During the move, items were knocked over, including the flat screen tv.
