• We appreciate their help. I don’t know their name but the black guy did wonderful job! He care about our things while other Indian or Mexican guy drop our things and break several woods. We are disappointed.

• Emptied by bins and boxes by themselves without ever asking so I have so many loose items just laying around. My bookshelf back came off and the entire thing is loose and unsteady now. My floor lamp is broken in 2 spots. Neither of those broken furniture was brought up to me and I had to discuss it myself. They would take my items upstairs, stay up there for ten minutes, and then come back down for more. They also showed up an hour and a half late. I requested them last minute day of so I tried to give a lot of grace but the one guy got an attitude with me when I said I didn't know why it took them so long when he said that I went over my 2 hours and he was gonna change me another hour and a half. He did agree to drop it to a total of three hours and not three and a half and I did get an apology for emptying my stuff without asking, but it should never have been a thought to empty a customer's belongings and leave broken furniture without ever saying they are broken

  Alyssa your floor lamps were already broken when we found them in the truck. The wood was very flimsy and we tried to be as delicate as possible when moving it to your unit.
