Loading my 15’ U-Haul truck went well. Good crew. However my only disappointment was that they did not wrap my $2,000 chair that I specifically asked them to wrap. I had ample blankets and plastic wrap to handle the chair. I didn’t notice this error until after the crew left my home. I felt they deliberately did not do as I asked. Luckily the chair did not get damaged during the 520 mile drive to Dallas.
