Uhaul did not get my ubox ready for pick up despite multiple phone calls with confirmation emails. So on the day of the move, Malik showed up at Uhaul location and had a very frustated experience. But he remained very professional, made several phone calls, followed up, and eventually we had ubox ready for pick up the next day. The move was smooth, quick and these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
