• The 2 guys we had move our buffet from Waukesha to Grafton were excellent....very polite and performed their job well.

• When I booked the move I spoke to a woman on the phone who was helpful sorting out my needs. We settled on two movers for two hours and was told if I needed to extend them for another hour I could do that. The two movers showed up 21 minutes late. After two hours (approx.), Sean asked me if I wanted to pay for more time. He said they couldn't charge in 30 min increments, just by the hour. So I paid for the extra hour. Then Sean tells me at 1pm that they had to go to the next job, which wasn't 3 total hours. He may have said earlier but I acknowledged to him that I didn't understand it that way. So they left at 1pm which was 2.5 hours of moving and we had boxes still on the truck. I expressed my frustration because if they had showed up on time at 10am the move would have been completed in 3 hours by 1pm. I unloaded the last 15 boxes with my 72 yr old parents. I was told I could add an hour then didn't get the full time that I paid for. Wish they were on time and more communicative.
