I am very unhappy with their services. First of all, they arrived late despite being told to be there earlier. They started working late, which impacted our further schedule of meeting with the leasing office and movers. Secondly, I told them three times to load the furniture first. My husband told them two times to do the same but they kept on filling the truck with boxes, haphazardly. And then, the inevitable happened that the truck was filled with randomly arranged boxes and there was no space left for heavy furniture. We had to leave some stuff at our old place and have to go back with another truck to move the rest of the furniture.
