• moving help arrive yesterday at 7 pm confirmed on 9/7 and movers said they would come today at 7:00 and they text at 6:21 and said there was no one home and camera does not show anyone came

• Damien & Marissa are nice and friendly, they helped me load all the stuffs and furnitures to the truck but when unloading it, they dropped my TV and left all the furnitures with nicks and scratches, i even provided blankets for the protrction but they just dont care. I was going to give them a tip after but changed my mind after.

  We are sorry to here this! They noted the move was unprepared, they noted the time window was 3 hours and there was trash dumping that came with the job. They stated the dumpster was all the way down the parking lot, as well as the fridge needing to be lifted over a counter, which is a safety hazard. The path way to and out the unit was unclear with junk everywhere making it unsafe to walk through. The TV you mentioned they stated was unprotected as well as the furniture that was scratched, as these things should be protected before they arrive. We do understand that accidents happen and we inform our clients that the proper protective equipment should be purchased and used on the items that are of value to maximize time as they are there to pick it up and put in in the truck as well as take it down. There was also a pest issue, they mention an abundance of house roaches all over the furniture which some crawled on their body. Again we do apologize for the misunderstanding, thank you.

• They say 'Save the best for last,' and thats definitely true for this company. We needed unloaders for our move onto the military base. The first three companies we booked did not have U.S. ID or driver's licenses and were not allowed to enter on the base. So our early morning turned to a late evening trying to find a certified mover. MOVE4U came through right on time, got on base and did what we needed them to do with no complaints. I highly recommend them, and can see their moving company flourish as time passes. Thanks 4 everything!
