  • We had several damaged items during the move due to unproper loading. The owner of the company refused to do anything about it. He said it wasn’t his responsibility for any damage that occurred due to loading improperly.

    We loaded all items with proper padding and strapping. We were only contracted to load not transport so we cannot be responsible for damage after items left our care. We also declined a request to refund half the payment in exchange for a positive review as this is against our values.
