Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
This was by far one of the smoothest moves I’ve ever had. We used the same movers for both loading and unloading for our in-town move. I appreciated the communication before and during the move, as well as the professionalism displayed throughout. My items were handled with care, and the team was flexible even when I needed to add extra moving time. They also assisted with disassembly and reassembly for some of my largest items.
Mateo and his partner were EXCELLENT in every way. They were responsible with the agreed-upon time in the evening. As a single mother with a baby, it was very difficult for me to support them, but they worked supper independently they were super kind and gentle with us. They took care of everything and worked fast and efficient. They were very careful unloading and placed every thing in the appropriate rooms. After the 2 hrs of work I asked them to help me accommodate a few things before they left and they did not hesitate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
After the first 2 hours the rate increased, they also tried to charge me for a full hour when I needed less than 20 min. The guys also kinda seemed to be moving deliberately slowly
