They were a little late arriving, but they did communicate that within a reasonable timeframe. As far as the actual labor goes, they are decent workers. However, I had a major issue with their pricing practices. When booking, I provided highly detailed information explaining that I had 5 U-Box containers. About 30 minutes into the job, they suddenly advised me that they would need to charge $150 per box instead of the original hourly labor rate. The mover admitted he knew I had U-Boxes from the start but accepted the job anyway just because he wanted to see them. This felt like a classic bait and switch tactic, which I refused to go along with. I simply paid them for the hours of service they actually rendered per our original agreement and ended it there.
