  • Extensive damage to both furniture and boxes. My ICT to LA move with Tyler was a nightmare. Tyler is a real fast talker, but not honest. I agreed to the job based on his assurances that he was gonna help me get through this move. He claimed he and his wife would be there on Saturday before the Sunday departure, to make sure everything got organized and packed effectively. Lie. Saturday came and Tyler showed up for less than an hour total to the shock of myself and the rest of my team. I was behind and I did need help. Instead of actually providing the services, he promised, Tyler lied to both a friend of mine, who was helping me move as well as to myself multiple times. When I persisted in asking questions, he took offense & offered to unload the truck and walk away from the job - after charging me for the time spent. So I asked him for the total time and money spent so far to seriously consider this option and he freaked out. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible and destructive.
