  • I have a two-bedroom condo on the second floor. I made it easy for these guys by making sure everything was packed and all of my furniture was moved to the front room. I even moved my dog out the way to make it easy for them to use the balcony door if needed. A reserved them for 5 hours hoping it would only take them a couple of hours to get everything moved into the truck and we can get to the storage and unload. Instead they took their time moving my things and when it got to the 5th hour they told me they were going to take a lunch and come back. They never came back and they never finish loading my things. I tried calling them and they would not answer. Funny thing is I would have paid them more to stay just to load. They proven to not be great helpers considering I am a single female doing this move by myself.

    We take feedback seriously but this review leaves out key details. The move involved a two bedroom second floor unit located in the middle of the complex which required a long walk to the truck and added significant time. There was also a full garage to be loaded and travel to Gardena was included. The job was underbooked at five hours for the scope of work. The residence was not fully prepared there was smoking inside during the job and limited direction was provided which affected timing. Our crew worked continuously and did not take their time. This is physically demanding work and our team puts in full effort on every job. We did not say we were taking a lunch and did not abandon the job. Any work beyond the booked time must be approved in advance. It is unfortunate to see our crews effort misrepresented.
