Arrived late !! They got paid twice. My father is old and not aware of that the process and the payment all online. He simply paid in cash. I didn’t know that and when they completed the job they get out to me asking for the payment code !! They didn’t made me aware that they were paid $140 in cash. We called and requested to refund $100 and take $40 tips but they didn’t provide any response that they are willing to do that.we were happpy with the service but the issue is that they didn’t make us aware that they were paid twice .
Will, Jake and John helped move my 2 bedroom apartment. They were at my place early. Asked a few questions and got right to work. They moved efficiently and were very friendly. I couldn't have asked for better help with my move. I would definitely use them again and would completely recommend them to anyone needing help move. Absolutely excellent service!
