Almost every piece of furniture they touched was significantly damaged. Much of it was antique and irreplaceable. We were so disappointed when we arrived and unloaded. For example, they literally put an auger blade right up against a custom made piece of furniture which caused deep gouges. I’m not sure how we will ever replace some of these damaged pieces.

I'm very sorry to hear about damage to your belongings. We did everything within our power to load your truck safely under the circumstances. If these circumstances were different, than I doubt any damage would have happened. 1. There was a very limited number of blankets for protection and those that were provided were just household blankets, sheets, and towels that don't provide great protection. 2. The types of items being loaded made things very difficult to protect everything. There was a good amount of tools including a lathe, a tablesaw, an auger, and many other tools along with the household furniture which was delicate and antique. 3. There were items already loaded on the truck. This made it so that we could not load the truck in the way that we normally would to ensure maximum protection. All of the boxes and some of the large tools were already loaded. We use boxes with the furniture and load all of the tools and outdoor items last. That keeps things isolated and safe.

Ben, Clay, and their boss helped move me out of my 2nd floor apartment. The stairs are steep and I had a lot to move. These guys were absolutely phenomenal. So kind, so positive, and so quick! They fit everything into the Ubox I ordered and were very careful moving all my items. Could not have done a better job, I was stressed for nothing! Thank you guys so much!!
