• Extremely disappointed with this moving company. They arrived over an hour late with no notice, didn’t introduce themselves, and showed little professionalism. I had to rent a second truck myself and still had to throw away many cherished items. A second opinion confirmed the truck was packed completely wrong. They mixed up clearly labeled boxes meant for two separate locations and left my belongings outside in the rain, likely causing damage. The movers complained the entire time about the amount of furniture, which was unprofessional. They also took pieces off my bed frame without telling me, damaged my wall, and dropped my 75-inch TV. This move was important to me as I was relocating out of state for the first time, and this experience was truly a nightmare. I would never recommend this company. They need better-trained and more respectful movers. I would’ve been better off moving everything myself.

  First off the customer was notifified about the movers arriving late. She had a 10 ft truck with 20 ft worth of belongings. You hire movers to move your belongings we don't tell you what size truck to get. She caused an additional delay for the move and shouldve been charged 4 hours but was only charged 3. Of course the movers would complain about not being able to fit all your belongings in a 10ft truck that you were trying to get them to load. If your doing an out of state move it's always smarter to choose a bigger truck to accommodate your belongings. There was no damage to any of your walls, the person you had mount your TV to the wall did a horrible job and the mover caught the TV so It wouldn't get damaged. If your bed wasn't broken down it wouldn't have fit in the truck. It's the customers job to break down the bed to their liking. It took a whole 45 minutes to disassemble the bed.

• Jason and Corey were superb. Those guys worked hard and were extremely helpful. All our stuff made it safely without damage, largely because of Jason’s Tetris skills! Justin, who communicated with us, was also great. When we realized I booked the wrong day, he adjusted it no problem- very understanding. Great experience with this company.

• These guys were great! They showed up on time and worked carefully and quickly. The team was really great about communicating prior to our appointment and they were flexible with the times they were available. I definitely recommend them!
