The person we scheduled ended up having a conflict on the day of out move (communicated to us day of) so he sent someone else, which was fine. They did a fast job of moving things of our apt but didn’t help as much with placing and organizing things in the truck. They left about half of our furniture outside of the truck and we had to lug it on the platform.
