  • They crew came four hours late, notifying me an hour before the scheduled time, 230, that they had another job to complete. What is more frustrating is that the POC had contacted me earlier that week to confirm the job; there is no way a job gets delayed by four hours without prior notice. It was too late for me to find another crew. Finally, when they came, the crew was already super tired and said that was their fourth job that day. The crew also asked us to move the boxes to the living room, which was especially disappointing because we hired moving help due to lower back issues. My loading and unloading were supposed to happen that same day, and because of this delay only the loading was done, so I had to sleep on the floor that night without a mattress. I will not recommend them, as it felt like they overcommitted for the day.

  • I specifically discussed the way they were stacking my boxes with them. I asked if it was advisable to load them all the way to the back, considering they were my heaviest items. He assured me that the way he stacked them would be fine. However, during my drive from Houston to Atlanta, midway through the journey, I noticed that my items were shifting in the back. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about it. When I finally unloaded my items, I discovered that several of them were damaged. It’s possible that the damage could be more extensive once we’ve removed everything. Everything I had questioned them about had essentially happened. Not only that, I have major scratches in a brand new daybed set, my lounge chair is extremely dented as well. I pay a fair price for my items, and since I had gifted a vanity to them, I expect them to be more careful. I am extremely upset about this situation.

    We moved this customer on February 28th. We loaded the truck and she was traveling at least 800 miles out of Texas. I explained you are taking a high risk without the proper protection and straps. She said she understands and we continue to load! A month she leaves this review? We handle all items and customers with care. She's not trying to take accountability for not having the proper protection. We did nothing wrong
