  I hired Professional Moving through Moving Help for a load only service on 05 30 2026 Multiple items were damaged under their care including a Samsung 65 inch TV that was broken an Ashley dining table that was damaged a glass vase that was damaged and an end table that was completely destroyed When I raised the issue owner Dante Jackson repeatedly claimed I caused my own damage with zero evidence or documentation He then told me to take responsibility and learn from my mistakes This is not how a legitimate business handles a customer dispute I paid $800 for professional service The crew was in full control of my belongings from the moment loading began That responsibility is theirs Avoid this company If anything goes wrong expect to be blamed and dismissed rather than helped

  Sandy was in frequent contact to ensure we were scheduled and updated with her crew's arrival time. Very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Her crew was polite, helpful and friendly. They did a great job getting everything out of the U-Boxes and into our home. 10 out of 10. No notes.
