I appreciated their patience and flexibility with the changing POD delivery time and access issues that were out of my control. Although they were polite, they worked slowly, frequently checked their phones, and needed guidance when loading the elevator and getting items into the home. That left several deep scuff marks on the floor in the kitchen, bedroom, and living area. They also arrived without the requested dolly, which would have made the move more efficient. Overall, they were nice young men but would benefit from more experience and guidance from an expert since they appeared as teenagers and didn't recognize they were the actual movers. They also broke a floor length mirror that cost over $200 without any offer to a solution. They just asked did I still want it to be brought upstairs which I replied no.
