DO NOT HIRE!!! I specifically instructed that I wanted the Freddy and the movers to use blankets in between my couch and the boxes that were placed on top. He told me it was not needed and the boxes would not cause damage to the couch. This was indeed not the case and my couch was scratched and completely ruined by the boxes. I am very upset as this couch was almost $2500 and less than 2 months old. Again, I was specific in asking my blankets to protect and my concerns and requests were dismissed. To date, this has not been resolved. I hope to update once it has been. 6-5-25
