  • We had an excellent experience with Tyler and the team from Pure Motion Moving through U-Haul's Moving Help service. Tyler was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient, organized, and professional. They handled our belongings with great care, worked quickly without ever seeming rushed, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire move. They were also extremely polite and patient with us, especially since we weren't as organized as I had hoped to be. When they unloaded everything at our new home, they showed the same level of professionalism and attention to detail as they did during the loading process. Despite the intense summer heat, they never complained and continued working hard until everything was exactly where we wanted it. It's not often you find movers who are dependable, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Tyler and his teammate exceeded our expectations in every way.
