Significant delays and extensive property damage -Provided a highly unprofessional experience characterized by a six-hour delay, poor communication, and extensive damage to items, including a TV stand, two dressers, and a BBQ. Original booked time 9 am, agreed to 930, they pushed to 1130 then called us around 1230 confirming they would be there within an hour-4 hours late. Well, at 1230 they called and said another hour due to traffic,they were coming from 30 mins away. This team finally shows up at 330 pm, 6 hours late, and they told us they were called in last minute. The supervisor ends up showing up at 430 (7 hours late). They took advantage of the situation with a total disregard for us and our items. Due to the severe delay, the crew required the customers to assist with loading, resulting in the exacerbation of a pre-existing injury. Management has shown no ownership, and the company is not recommended, I logged a complaint already.

However, we respectfully disagree with several statements in your review. We remained in communication throughout the day and provided updates as they became available while our team completed a previously scheduled move. When the delay became significant, you were given the option to reschedule or seek another provider if the revised arrival no longer worked for your schedule. You chose to proceed with Apex Movers, and we arrived and completed your move. We also dispute the statement that our crew required you to assist with loading. When our team arrived, you had already begun loading the truck, and our crew took over upon arrival. Additionally, no property damage was reported to our crew or to Apex Movers at the time of service.
