• I do not recommend Yeti Movers. Avoid them. Following the default option for unpacking a 20' truck, I booked two movers for three hours. The movers were decent, but management was terrible. First, neither of the movers had more than a rudimentary understanding of English. I could not communicate with them. That is gross mismanagement. Secondly, it was clear that neither mover had much experience. They worked hard and did an okay job, but both of them were at the level of secondary movers who should have been teamed with a more experienced mover. Items were damaged in transit. Thirdly, when it seemed like the job would take longer than three hours, the manager called me to say that the movers would leave at the three-hour mark even if the job was incomplete. 'We book by hour, not by job,' he said. That is not how moving companies operate. They do in fact book by job. Again, the movers worked hard and were decent, but overall, my experience was terrible. Look elsewhere for movers.

• Great service! Clear communication from initial booking to job completion. My two movers were right on time, professional, courteous and strong. It was a pleasure to have them tackle this moving job for us. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
