• The guys that were sent to help us were nice, but not very professional. They took an extra hour to complete the job and charged us $10 extra than the listed price per hour via venmo. When we arrived at our destination we saw that many of our items were not properly secured, which caused damage to our furniture. Overall I'd recommend to keep a close eye and maybe go with a different more professional company.

  The guys I sent took an extra hour because you were on the 15th floor with a slow elevator then they had to walk through a maze to get from the elevator to the truck which was parked in a construction zone so they had to maneuver around construction in downtown Boston Yes sometimes jobs take longer than the customer anticipated because the customer isnt the one doing the move nor have they been doing moves for years on the daily so they dont always understand all the dynamics to facilitate their move and they charges you 10 extra to pay via Venmo because anyone who uses Venmo knows that when you send a payment you dont get the full amount had to paid cash it would of been just that but almost every company today charges a processing fee for a card but you only get to bash the ones who actually do a physically demanding job for you and try to ruin their reputation and they did send pics of their load which is required and they packed it just fine
