    Thank you for your feedback Our crew arrived ready to complete the unloading service During the job there were many loose items and the customer directed the movers to leave items outside the apartment door in the hallway instead of allowing the crew to place everything inside the apartment Our movers followed the customer instructions and worked within the booked time as safely as possible We always recommend that items be packed contained and that customers allow the movers clear access to complete the unload properly
