• Horrible service. Did not move everything where I asked and spoke in another language every time I asked for something. Owner claimed they were just talking about the moving but they kept laughing... what about moving is funny? Never asked for the code. Did not call me to ask but text 24hrs later threatening to come to my home.. information being sent to the police and better business bureau. Literally have to keep my camera recording all the time now as I'm scared for my safety in my own home

  It is deeply disappointing that the core of this complaint stems from intolerance toward our crew speaking their native language. Our team members recently relocated from Ukraine. During heavy lifting, they communicate in Ukrainian to ensure split second coordination and safety. It is very unfortunate that their standard work coordination and positive attitude were misinterpreted as laughing at you. Regarding your other claims; the labor was fully completed as requested. After you ignored our messages and withheld the payment code for the completed work, we reached out to inform you that if the code could not be provided digitally, we would have to collect the payment in person as a standard business follow up. Since English is my second language, you chose to twist this standard request for payment into a threat and involved the police to avoid paying. We do not tolerate review extortion, and we proudly stand by our hard working Ukrainian crew.
