Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I paid for 3 hours. When I hired them, I wrote bring tools to put together beds. They came without tools so it took them 3 hours. I don’t think I should be paying for a jobs that wasn’t completed and should be refunded that extra hour. When the owner confirmed the job I asked will they put together beds and he wrote yes. I would’ve chosen someone else
The moving help servicers are exceptional. Thorough communication and very quick unloading service
Arrived 2 hours late and did not call to notify me. Once they got here they had no urgency and inefficiently loaded the truck. I did a move with the same items 2 months ago and a different company did it in one trip and in 1.5 hours total. They took 2 trips and over 3 hours, and didn’t even finish the job. I wasn’t going to leave this review until I went back to the truck after they left and the front seat was full of items and the truck was wide open. I live in downtown Phoenix with a lot of foot traffic so this was extremely irresponsible. I had a strict timeline on when I needed to be out of my old place and this set me completely behind schedule. Only gave 2 stars because they were nice.
