  • Don’t use, I paid for a load and unload that wasn’t completed!! The movers were slow and took too long to load the truck. They didn’t finish loading the truck and there were several items left behind. They got the truck mostly loaded and told us that we should drive to the storage unit so they had time to unload. When we arrived at the storage unit, the loading bay was blocked off by U-Haul trucks and inaccessible. They saw the stairs they’d have to use because the bay was blocked and decided not to finish the job causing additional expenses to extend rental and equipment, additional gas and mileage charges, and hiring another set of movers to actually unload the truck! The new movers (not this company) had the truck unloaded and inside our storage unit in less than 1 hour! This was the worst experience I’ve had with movers, and the service was not completed. The truck was not fully loaded and the movers didn’t unload the truck! They also caused damage.

  • Move was done easily and efficiently. When unloading, it was found that some furniture had minor damage from how belongings were organized in U Haul but damages were not too significant

  • Quick help loading. Need to watch them loading the truck to make sure space is maximized but Lenny and Jose were beasts lifting furniture and getting it down stairs.
