Absolutely terrible, unprofessional and disrespectful company. Omar did not confirm until I called him less than 18 hours before the move, and ultimately just sent an inexperienced kid (with no equipment) that responded to a Craigslist post. The move wouldn’t have been possible without calling in emergency help from friends and doing most of the work myself. And even though I was required to book TWO movers, only one showed up. Omar has ghosted my attempts to get refunded for receiving half of what I paid for.
