  Hello. On the 16th of August, we ordered Blitz Movers. We reached out to Zion hours ahead of time before the move began. He confirmed to arrive on time, where in fact the movers showed up 70 minutes late. I was told that we wouldn't lose any time, and that the move would take place for the same length of time we reserved (2 hours.) At that point, I loaded the truck myself and told them to meet me at the new location to unload. They unloaded the truck at the new house in about an hour, and we had a few more items at the previous house to grab. Instead of following through on the agreed upon timeblock, the movers left after an hour. They were sloppy with loading fragile boxes and several of our furniture items in the new house. They caused some damage on a banister while attempting to move a dresser. These movers didn't even offer to do a partial refund either, although they left, knowing they had a whole hour left on the clock that we paid for. This was NOT a good experience at all.

  We were truly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and speed with which our movers unloaded our belongings. Despite being just a team of two, they worked efficiently and with great care, handling everything knowledgeably and thoughtfully. They even took the time to set up two beds and a table for us, which was a huge help after a long day of travel. Their calm presence and capable hands significantly reduced our stress. We’re so grateful for their help and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a smooth, stress-free moving experience.
