• They were 3 hrs 30 min late. They said my Ubox was not ready til June 13th. I told them no it is ready for June 10th. Kept having two different people calling or texting me. They said now they have box. U-Haul said need my charge to pay. I said all have been paid for on May 27th! So manager had to get involved and found I was correct. Then finally mover came with ONLY one person! Not two movers! Expected me to help move, I asked where is other person? I thought two people! He made excuses and said only him. I told him I am 57 yrs old and diabetic. I should not be doing this. This is why I paid for movers to help. It was hard for me. He ended up not being patient and not putting stuff in Ubox properly. I ended up leaving some big stuff in my storage in Public Storage! I was told by U-Haul that all my stuff will fit in all. It is because only one person and I can’t help much. The person had his very pregnant wife in U-Haul truck the whole time!! It violates liability.

• This company was booked to help with a U-box move but is not operating with integrity in terms of their bookings. The company was supposed to bring our U-Box to our load location but instead called us the night before telling my husband he had to go with them to U-haul and put down his license and payment card down. This was odd as this was not how the process was described to us by u-Haaul when I booked this reservation. Then, day of they only showed up with 1 mover, instead of 2. So now my husband had to essentially be the mover himself when we specifically paid for this help from this company. This was such a terrible experience with MatrixShift. Please beware of working with them as it seems they are pretty sketchy and short changing customers by demanding them to step in where their employees should be handling these jobs!
