  • They were scheduled to come between 9-10am but showed up at 11am after the first team bailed and another had to be sent. They only moved the couch and dressers, because we had already completed the rest of the loading. The team that did show up was very polite and kind its too bad they showed up so late.

    Your movers were thirty minutes behind the scheduled time due to your original crew being in a traffic accident. Thats why we sent a replacement crew out. The reason this review was left was because as I explained the day before you booked we were your movers for Ypsilanti Michigan and we were unable to follow you to Marion Ohio for the unload since we dont service that area. Even when the movers arrived you still tried to get them to follow you to Marion Ohio and they declined due to the area which caused this review
