• I called 4 times and left 1 voicemail without response in the first 2 days of booking with this mover. I booked them very last minute and was trying to contact them to verify that they were able to accommodate my request. They finally called me back 2 days later and verified that they were available at noon for the date I requested. On the day of the move, I received a text 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, saying they were running an hour behind. Once that hour passed, I received another text saying they were still over 30 minutes away. The two young men on the crew were kind, courteous and professional. I did not have many complicated requests, except that a bed frame was to be loaded last because I would need to offload it first. The truck was very poorly packed, which wasted a lot of space. The bedframe was packed at about the halfway point, making it inaccessible for me to offload myself.
