They did communicate with me but they were over an hour late (which slowed down the move and ended up costing me extra because we couldn’t get the truck back on time), the owner spent a lot of time on his phone arguing with other customers (which also slowed things down because the 16 year old was the only one working for a significant part of the unloading), and they were not very careful with my items. As I’m unpacking I’m finding a lot of boxes completely upside down which is very concerning for how things were being flipped around as they were being moved.
