Appreciated the communication after booking the reservation and day of. However, they ended up arriving late. I did enter the bulky items on the reservation yet they showed up with no dolly and let me know they do everything by hand. Not sure why a dolly wasn’t used when it is even on the logo and it would help move quicker. There are two dimensions sized damages on my couch because they forced it through the door. Overall they were friendly. Make sure to request a dolly to be used so they know to bring it if you decide to use them.
