  • I booked B&D for 3 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment. The owner did not know I had booked the job until I called him the week of. On the day of the move, he showed up an hour late. It was just him and his wife, and his wife barely contributed, so it was really a one man job. As a result, the job took 5 hours! He tried to cut it off at three hours, and I had to convince him to stay as it was ridiculous that he had only moved out one bedroom in three hours. It gets worse. The owner took my apartment key fob (by accident), and the owner said he would return it to the apartment the same day. He texted me a few hours later, ‘gonna have to be tomorrow bro’. I never heard from him again, despite calling and texting multiple times. I am now facing a $150 charge for not returning my apartment key fob. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have never faced this level of disorganization, unprofessionalism, and complete lack of sympathy from a service provider.

    We were on time he booked 2 hours knowing he was on the 5th floor with a small elevator and 100 plus ft from truck to elevator and from elevator to apartment we arrived on time completed the work he booked 2 hours for a 10 ft and 15 ft truck no complaints on our side we loaded both his and his friends truck the reason he felt the need to lie in his review is because I asked him if he wanted his fob back he said no just leave it with his friend we finished the job forgot to return the key fob he call I told him I would which I did so he wouldnt get charged so he wrote a terrible review because he thought we werent going to return his fob we take pride in our work and always put the customer first

  • The move process was great, all my stuff was handled with care. The cleaning service was good too, just one thing I missed to look before they left was cleaning the restroom mirror which is pretty big but other than that it was all great!
