    Smart Moving

    They were 35 minutes late. And they distorted my couch. They got it stuck in the door. And when I tried to tell them what to do they Ignored me. Then they started kicking my couch and the wood brook on it. When it still won’t go through the door, they Recommended taking the entire metal door frame off and the door to try and fit it through or to get a sledgehammer to hit the couch through. My couch is completely destroyed. It was in perfect condition before the move. The continuously complained about their being stairs when in my request for movers I mentioned that it was a three-story building with no elevator in the entire time they complained about it. I would never use this company again!!
