The service was not actually utilized until June 29 due to truck rental issues. Ricardo was flexible and fit me in the best way he could the next day after his other runs. He loaded patio furniture, a smoker, and 4 pieces of Bedroom furniture quickly into the truck. I would use them again.

Joe (on the phone) was fairly responsive throughout the whole process. Mike (the mover) was phenomenal. However, only 1 movers showed up when I asked for 2. They ended up giving me a partial refund via Zell but obviously this was not ideal. I would definitely give them another try next time.
