    Very polite gentlemen. They completed the job in two hours and fit everything in the steel frame UBox, with room to spare. NOTE to UHAUL MovingHelp - 1. Direct movers to contact the customer if they will not show at the scheduled time, and to respond to message and texts. The extra time was helpful, but they never responded. I had to call again, twice. 2. Teach movers about tools. At least 3 times I told them that items shift during transport, so they should use some of the 22 different cords, ratchets, tie downs, and straps I had in a bag. They looked at me politely, but skipped it. At the end, I insisted they place straps through the hooks near the door, so everything wouldn't fall out when opened after delivery. They placed a couple of bungee cords like a clothesline. UHAUL has helpful videos, but packing and loading is a real skill.
