  • My overall experience with C&N Moving was terrible. I thought that they would be bringing a truck and trailer, and they did not. Communication about needing to provide my own truck & trailer never occurred. They showed up with 3 people WITHOUT my prior consent when I only hired and paid for 2, then tried to act like they were cutting me a deal by not charging me for the third person. They smelled terribly of weed when they arrived at my house for their hired job. At the conclusion of the job, they charged me an additional $190 on top of the $200 that I had already paid them for the disassembly of a couch that is the size of a loveseat, whose ends slide off and on. They also charged me a biohazard fee for pet hair. There were never questions about pets asked, so if they were allergic, that is on them to check. I was VERY disappointed in the services provided by C&N Moving. I would not recommend them or hire them again. Worst first-time hiring movers experience ever.

    Your claims are inaccurate. Our service is clearly labor-only, requiring you to provide a truck and necessary equipment. Upon arrival, neither was available, preventing the job from starting as scheduled. To meet your timeframe, a third team member was added on-site. The working conditions were also unacceptable, including excessive pet hair and pet urine on furniture, creating sanitation and cross-contamination concerns. Photos and videos documenting this were submitted. We do not tolerate false accusations, including claims of drug use. Attempts to obtain a refund based on inaccurate statements will not be honored. We stand by the service provided.

  • very good workers stayed working until the job was done and even notified me that my tv was broken from the way the previous helpers and even took the pictures and sent them to my phone! so would recommend them to anyone!
