The helpers were very nice, but arrive nearly an hour later than planned. They also moved fairly slowly, which means they were not quite done in the allocated time. Ultimatly, they ended up staying a few extra minutes (without being asked) to finish the job, but I would expect professionals to do a bit less standing around. They were both very kind young men, but seemed a bit inexperienced.

These guys are professionals! They got the job done quick and safely, and they were a pleasure to chat with during. They made our move a breeze and I highly recommend them! Once we inevitably move again, we will certainly be using Smart Movers.
