Boba arrived on time and was effective at communicating. The second mover, I forget his name was 30 minutes late because of the bus but when he finally arrived he was attentive and followed instructions well. The overall experience with the movers was pretty good considering this was their first time. They were both eager to work and worked fast but treated our items with care. The company should also be providing them with some basic safety items like gloves and safety footwear.
