  The movers arrived 2 hours late, they communicated they had car troubles which I understand and was told they would be here in 45 mins, they didn't arrive for another 1hour and 15 minutes. When I had requested more hours for moving and paid the fee, the movers then told us they couldn't stay any longer due to allergies and left without moving any of the furniture we required them to move like a treadmill, stationary bike, kitchen table and chairs, shelf's, desks and more. Feel like I was taken advantage and will never use or recommended this company to anyone.

  prior to the move Dominique reached out to confirm the details I requested a low time of 10 AM and he confirm that would work. Erik then called me the day before to get dressed details and when I told him 10 AM, he said that that would not work. The whole time while there it was extremely rude. Following the move, they pressured me into tipping via Venmo as they just stood around on the property asking me was I done with their services. following the move, Dominik called me multiple times after I requested him to stop calling me because I began to feel harassed at his repeated calls. I even spoke to the owner and he said he would make things right on his end first with refunding me my tip via Venmo that Christopher pressured me into due to feeling uncomfortable.
