Broke both tvs a 65 inch and 85 inch by loading them last had the leaning on other equipment riding on the corner of the tv . Said it was my fault for not packing it correctly . It had the foam protectors that came with the box that are not designed to support the whole weight of the tvs . They also stated that I had safe move that should cover it . Safe move does not cover the way they load the truck .Do not use !
