there were a couple of instances where it took 3 people to do the job that it took 2 people to do originally (and they took quite some time to come up with a solution to get it accomplished). Other than that, they were very good to work with. Very personable. I'd recommend their services.
Can say sat a great guys with moving things there was no lagging hanging around procrastinating with the job. They stay right up on it.
I hired this company through U-Haul’s MovingHelp service. Right when they arrived, they pressured me to give them the access code before starting any work, even though U-Haul clearly states that the code should only be given after the job is done. I trusted them and thought it might just be part of their process. After working for about an hour, they suddenly disappeared without any notice. To cover their tracks, they turned on the house alarm so no one would notice that they had left early. They never finished the job, and I could no longer reach them after that. This experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting. I’ve reported the incident and have security footage as proof. Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest and not trustworthy.
