The gentlemen that assisted us on our move were polite. A couple of the items got damaged and they communicated what happened. They needed instructions on where every box was to be placed despite them being labeled. At one point they tried to place a nightstand in the living room but complied when requested to place it in the bedroom. If I was to move again I would go with a higher price point.
