  They finished a job before ours were there early we weren't ready till time that we scheduled. Started out good but was concerned when they put heavy jack on top of our Harley and I took PICTURES OF EVERYTHING we drove little over 2000 miles EVERYTHING SHIFTED BOXES FELL AND THE WEIGHT OF THE JACK ON TOP OF HARLEY LEFT DAMAGES ON GAS TANK I HAD FRAGILE ITEMS LABELED AND GLASS HEIRLOOMS FROM MY SON THAT DIED OF CANCER ALL BROKEN AND CAN'T BE REPLACED THEY WERE ON THE FLOOR OF U-HAUL AND HEAVY ITEMS ON TOP OF FRAGILE ITEMS AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LIQUID IN BOX BROKEN OPENED AND SPILLED ONTO CLOTHING HAD TO CLEAN FLOOR BED OF U HAUL AND THROW OUT DAMAGED CLOTHES. HAD A NEAR NERVOUS BREAKDOWN TOOK AWHILE FOR ME TO DO THIS REVIEW BECAUSE OF REPERCUSSIONS AND MY GLASS HEIRLOOMS FROM MY SON THAT DIED OF CANCER ALL GONE. I KNOW I'M REPEATING MYSELF BUT IT HURTS SO BAD I CRY EVERYDAY AS I'VE PROTECTED ITEMS AND WAS GOING TO PUT IN TRUCK WITH ME BUT WAS TO LATE ALREADY LOADED

  This was the most frustrating moving help experience I have ever had. I have moved several times in the past few years and have never had this many issues. The lack of equipment should be disclosed prior to booking and they need to state that equipment is REQUIRED to be provided if that is the case. Additionally, the workers seemed to struggle to move my belongings due to difficulty and some of my items were damaged in the process. I chose this company since it had over 900 reviews and averaged 5 stars but this was absolutely not my experience. I think that the workers did the best they could with what they had but they were not trained in proper body mechanics to move things and thought they were going to be able to just drop everything in the living room and go. I am not happy with this experience and am frustrated that it cost so much for subpar service.
