  • They changed their arrival time 3 times and ended up being 5 hours late, but once they were here they were very quick and efficient.

    UHaul did not have the u boxes ready and made me come back hours later to pick them up. I take full responsibility because I should have made sure they had them ready. In my defense I did try to call them several times and they did not answer the phone. I was trying to coordinate because this specific location messes the orders up frequently. And every time I switched the time it was because of a delay that u haul caused. I am too optimistic sometimes with my timing. I expect things to go to plan too often and with uhaul that seems never to be the case. Again I take full responsibility but I genuinely dont believe I deserved a 3 out of 5 star review for this job. I appreciate the feedback will take human error into account when it comes to time of arrival in the future. And I should expect uhaul to cause a delay when planning so I will not be late .
