The moving team let me know when they would arrive. Once there they quickly got to work loading and unloading. Professional and courteous in every sense. Other than being almost a gout late there were no issues

They were good movers. However, they broke my parent’s floor lamp. How do I get reimbursed for the damage? I took pictures of the damage if you need them. They also broke a wooden handle from my parent’s bar, several souvenir shot glasses and a ceramic garden vase. Again, how will I be reimbursed for the damages? I already tipped your workers.
